Popular television shows recently released new content. Students checked out the new shows and episodes while anticipating more to come.

This summer, a comedy called Adults dropped a second season that quickly caught fans’ eyes due to its relatable humor and funny moments. “My favorite moment is when the rodents got into their house, and everyone was panicking,” said junior Morgan O’Leary. “It was funny.”

The Ramparts of Ice, a slice of life anime that recently dropped a new season, involves highschoolers overcoming deep emotional problems. “I really like Koyuki because she’s such an interesting character, and the way she interacts with others contradicts with what she says in her mind,” said junior Madison Susi.

The Ramparts of Ice released a new season on October 1.

Dancing with the Stars, a popular reality show where celebrities pair with professional dancers and compete, finally started to release their 35th season with new episodes this fall. “My favorite moment is when Amber Glenn and Pasha Pashkov performed their dance on the second premiere night,” said junior Ava Ramirez. “Their dances were so good so far.”

On Dancing with the Stars, different teams compete for the votes of both judges and fans. The dancing and unique themes make it suitable for anybody to watch. “[Watching Dancing with the Stars] started as date night with me and my mom,” said Economics teacher Micheal Anastasio. “Everyone in my family gets together every week to keep the tradition and my mom’s memory alive.”

Dancing with the Stars releases new episodes for its 35th season every Tuesday.

The Disney+ adaption of Rick Riordan’s modern classic book series Percy Jackson, a fantasy about Greek Mythology demigods, will premiere a new season on November 20. “I have read the Percy Jackson first three books and absolutely loved it. The show has done an amazing job capturing every scene from the books so far!” said sophomore Anahy Bohorquez.

The Paramount original psychological thriller Yellowjackets, now renewed for its fourth season, centers on a group of high schoolers surviving the wilderness after getting stranded. “My favorite moment is just the entire ‘Doomcoming’ episode when they started the party,” said sophomore Maggie Brusca.

The new season of Yellowjackets comes out Friday, November 20.

Ginny and Georgia, a Netflix comedy about a single mom and her kids on the run, had big comeback last year, which ultimately led to producing its new upcoming season in 2027. “I’m excited to see the new plot twists and characters,” said junior Fareda Abdelrehim

With plenty of new content on the rise, Knights await the many new shows.
